    If yes, has it been reviewed and updated within the past year?

    Do you have an organizational chart?

    If yes, has it been reviewed and updated within the past year?

    Can your associates find information they need without a lot of searching through a manual?


    Note that #1 means you strongly agree,

    #2 means you somewhat agree,

    #3 means you neither agree nor disagree,

    #4 means you somewhat disagree and

    #5 means you strongly disagree.

    Documentation doesn’t make me money so I’m not focused on it.
